Meinklang Mulatschak is a biodynamic red wine produced by the Michlits family estate. Made from a 50:50 blend of Zweigelt and St. Laurent grapes grown on mineral-rich volcanic soils with basalt, loess, and sand. Grapes undergo 4 day spontaneous co-fermentation on skins and stems with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged four months on fine lees, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
