Val de Mer is Patrick Piuze’s second winery, co-owned with Moutard-Diligent. The winemaking is similar to his namesake line: grapes are hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented, and the élèvage is the same. Sourced from 30 year old vines, this cuvée only macerates for a few hours on the skins to take on a bit of color and aromas.
