Vadin-Plateau is true grower champagne, a family enterprise located in the heart of the Marne Valley, in the premier cru village of Cumières. Joseph Plateau founded Vadin-Plateau in 1785, making it one of the oldest champagne producers. 9th-generation grower Yann Vadin came back from enology school and travel to convert the domaine to organic in 2012.
