The Saurel family has been cultivating vines in Gigondas since 1821, under their own name since the mid-1990’s. Saint Damien farms its 45ha without chemicals or synthetic fertilizers as a commitment to preserving the vitality of their old vines, many of which average 50 years of age, with some exceeding 100 years old.
