Rovellotti is a true Alto-Piemonte estate rooted in Ghemme since the 15th century. Their Chioso dei Pomi bottling is sourced from a south-southwest–facing vineyard in the heart of the Barragiola subzone, blending 85% Nebbiolo and 15% Vespolina. The grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel and aged together in Slavonian oak casks.
