The Rojac family has lived in the Istrian village of Gažon since the 17th century, nurturing grape vines and olive trees. The current winery was founded by the late Bruno Rojac in 1994. Now run by Bruno’s son, Uroš, the estate continues combining traditional and modern practices, in the winery and vineyards. The Refošk in this cuvée is essentially native to the Istrian Peninsula.
