Owned by Alessandro Campatelli and Amandine Zeman, the Riecine estate is known for its advocacy of Sangiovese as the noble grape of Chianti. The vineyards cover 20ha in Gaiole in Chianti at different altitudes, exposures and soil types. Hand-sorted grapes are crushed by foot and fermented with native yeasts in small, concrete fermentors.
