Founded by the Romans in 1239, the Pullus cellar is located under the town of Ptuj and is one of the oldest in all of Europe. This region is made of steep-sloped vineyards and narrow, windy valleys. All three varietals in this wine are fermented separately, with 2-3 weeks of skin maceration, before undergoing full malolactic fermentation.
