Lambrusco Salamino

Albone Lambrusco is made by Marcello Righi and Gian Paolo Isabella at Podere il Saliceto, a 4-hectare estate in Campogalliano just outside Modena (founded 2005). The grape is Lambrusco Salamino from sandy alluvial soils on the banks of the Secchia River. Wild ferment in stainless steel, with carbonation via a modified charmat method.
