Pepin is the négociant project of Achillée. Just like the Achillée wines, Pepin wines are farmed organically, harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeasts, with just a tiny bit of sulphur added before bottling. The wines are made by independent winemakers from Achillée's network, lending these winemakers a platform to make fresh, unique wines.
