Arianna Occhipinti founded her estate in 2004 in Vittoria, a town in southeastern Sicily's Ragusa province. She released her first commercial vintage in 2006 at age 24 and has since become one of the most recognized figures in Italian natural winemaking. The estate's flagship wines, SP68 Bianco and SP68 Rosso, are named for Strada Provinciale 68, the ancient road connecting Gela to Kamarina that runs past her property, historically used by farmers transporting their harvest to market.
