Moreau-Naudet comes from vineyards located in the towns of Préhy and Courgis in southern Chablis. The vines are 20-30 years old and cultivated according to strict ecological principles. The grapes are meticulously selected and fermented with native yeasts, making this an excellent non-conformist Chablis.
