Under winemaker John Raytek of Ceritas, the goal at LIOCO is to shepherd grapes from bud to bottle in the least intrusive way possible in order to produce focused, balanced Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Their SoCo Chardonnay is aged in a mix of stainless steel and used barrels.
