Nestled in the diverse micro-climates and marine-based soils of Santa Barbara County, Lieu Dit thrives on cultivating grape varieties indigenous to the Loire Valley. After a 2.5 weeks of maceration, the wine is pressed down in french barriques (up to 10% new oak) and racked once after malolactic fermentation and again to tank before bottling.
