Le Machin (”The Thing”) is a new project from Lo-Fi Wines to offer accessible, honest expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, sourced from organic vineyards throughout Santa Barbara County. This Pinot Noir comes from a handful of vineyards in the Santa Rita Hills and is 95% destemmed before 8 months of aging in neutral oak.
