During the 1990s M. Bertoni founded Il Farneto, a naturally cultivated vineyard. The founder's intent was to contribute to sustainable agriculture initiatives, producing grapes while respecting the environment. Grown on clay and limestone soils, this blend spends just a few hours on the skins to produce a juicy, light-bodied wine.
