Heidi Schröck’s family has made wine in the village of Rust, Burgenland for more than 300 years. She was the first woman to qualify as a Master of Viticulture and Winemaking at the Eisenstadt and was awarded the prestigious Falstadd Vinter of the Year in 2003. The Ried Kulm Blaufränkisch is fermented partial whole cluster, partial destemmed berries, with gentle extraction from the berries.
