Denny Bini is one of a small but growing cell of artisanal producers in Emilia who are farming carefully and returning to the metodo ancestrale (also know as Pet-Nat) of their ancestors. Long considered the more mineral-driven and less fruity Lambrusco grape, Sorbara makes sparkling wines that are racy, tingling with unripe red fruits. FUSO is a project by importer Portovino to find and bottle wines that come from committed farmers who value low-intervention methods and terroir-driven wines.
