Made from 100% Sangiovese grapes sourced from Trousdale and Creston Ridge vineyards in Paso Robles, Winemaker Andrew Jones uses partial carbonic fermentation in sealed stainless steel tanks for seven days before pressing to produce Freddo. The wine undergoes native yeast fermentation and ages for four months in stainless steel.
