This Chiroubles cuvée comes from a single plot situated in the “Javernand” lieu-dit where shallow soils on a granite bedrock bring the freshness typical of a Chiroubles wine. “Javernand” is located on the heights of the village of Chiroubles at 430 meters altitude. Situated on a south-facing hillside, the parcel is composed of both young and old vines, of 10 and 80 years old.
