Domaine Zéroine is a small natural wine producer based in the Jura region of France, founded by Maylis Bernard. Her winemaking style is resolutely minimalist: she utilizes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, no sulfur additions, and gentle infusion-style macerations. From the Bodines plot, vinified by direct pressing and aged 2 years in barrels. This white wine combines aromatic power (ripe white fruits, oxidative touch) and finesse on the palate. Beautiful aging potential.
