With family roots in Chablis dating back to 1684, François Servin has led the estate since 1998 farming over 30ha, including heralded sites across four grand crus and six premier crus. The “Bougros” is sourced from 45-year-old vines rooted in Kimmeridgian soils and the resulting wine features full malolactic fermentation before bottling.
