A former nurse, Michèle Laurent’s first vintage was in 1990 with her late husband. When he died in a tragic accident in 1999, she was left with 3 children, vineyard plots and a winery. Taking up the mantel, she now makes some of the most sought after wines in the Rhône. Poignée de raisins (”fistful of grapes”) is a bright, subtle Grenache.
