In 1986, Eric Dhondt and Edith Grellet decided to stop selling off grapes to negociants and started Dhondt-Grellet. Their son Adrien is now the head winemaker and his parcel in Les Nogers consists of old vines (50+ years old). The parcel begins with sandy-clay soils, becoming chalkier as you ascend the slope. Dosage: 1.5g/L
