Michael Cruse’s sparkling wines are some of California's best. His pet nats are a beautiful departure from what many may expect from this style of wine. Crafted from single vineyard plantings, and produced from grape juice only, with nothing else added. They have higher carbonation and less residual sugar. This Blanc de Noirs is made from Austrian variety St. Laurent.
