Brothers Romain and Jean-Guillaume decided to create their own Domaine in 2009: Chapuis Frères. They produce under two different labels, Chapuis Frères (cuvees classic) and Chapuis et Chapuis (cuvees with no added sulfites). All grapes are hand picked, alongside only native yeasts in the cellar and minimal added sulfur at bottling.
