Founded by Désiré Vilmart in 1890, the estate vineyards cover 11ha, mainly located in Montagne de Reims, a region famous for its chalky soils and optimal sun exposure. This blend is made from juice from the precious middle portion of the first pressing of grapes sourced from old vines in a choice single vineyard, Blanches Voies. Dosage: 7g/L
