Established in 1942 by Jules Lassalle, now run by wife Olga, daughter Chantal and granddaughter Angeline, this was one of the first grower Champagnes available in the US. Their champagnes are riddled by hand with extended aging on the lees.
48 month on the lees, bold yet finessed, nutty, red toned fruit, creamy finish.
