Garciarévalo is situated at the confluence of the rivers Adaja and Eresma, which produces an exceptionally cool micro-climate. Their is the older, preindustrial Verdejo clones have thicker skins, which yields wines of high character and great quality. This wine is fermented in stainless steel and bottled directly from the tanks.
