C&P Breton Bourgueil Trinch

Organic since 1991 and biodynamic since 1994, the Bretons have long been ahead of the curve. They farm 11ha just east of Bourgueil, with vineyards planted on varied soils (limestone, clay, gravel, schist and yellow tuffeau). "Trinch!" is made from 30+ year old vine fruit planted in gravel.
