Bodega Chacra was founded in 2004 by Piero Incisa della Rocchetta. Drawn to Patagonia’s Río Negro Valley, Piero discovered and restored abandoned 1930's Pinot Noir vines to preserve the stark purity of the desert landscape. Produced from Chacra’s youngest vineyards, Barda has a strong character, intended to be versatile and consumed in its youth.
