Bernabeleva is one of the leading estates in the Sierra de Gredos, outside Madrid, specializing in high-altitude, old-vine Garnacha. The Camino de Navaherreros Tinto is combination of estate-owned and purchased fruit that undergoes a 25 day maceration with some whole cluster. Fermentation then takes place in a combination of stainless steel, concrete and large wood vats.
