Inspired by his vintner brother Julien Sunier, Antoine left his telecommunications job to pursue a career in winemaking. This cuvée comes from 70 year old vines from the lieu-dit Croix de Chevre, on southern-facing slopes. It aged 8 months on the lees, 90% in neutral Burgundy barrels and the rest in concrete tanks.
