4 Monos (4 Monkeys) is a project started in 2010 by 4 wine savvy friends in the mountains west of Madrid. The grapes for this wine were cold macerated 100% whole cluster, wild yeast fermented on skins for 21-40 days. There was very little sulfur added and minimal oak treatment.
