4 Monos aka “4 Monkeys” is a project started in 2010 by four wine-savvy friends in the mountains of West Madrid. The grapes were largely kept whole-cluster to ferment and macerate in stainless-steel and concrete for 15-21 days. With limited oak treatment and minimal sulfur addition at bottling, the resulting wine is light and fresh.
